Scott Urigel, CRNA, MSN
Scott is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve University (CWRU)/ Cleveland Clinic Foundation School of Nurse Anesthesia. He is co-owner of Western Reserve Anesthesia Associates in Findlay, Ohio and serves as part time faculty at the CWRU Nurse Anesthesia Program and the Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia, Acute Surgical Pain Management Fellowship. Scott is also a co-founder of Western Reserve Anesthesia Education which specializes in providing ultrasound guided peripheral nerve block education. Scott developed the Block Buddy app, which is a mobile reference for anesthesia providers performing peripheral nerve blocks. In the past, Scott has presented at various state meetings on the topics of transversus abdominis plane (TAP) blocks and rectus sheath blocks. He has also been published in the AANA Journal and Outpatient Surgery Magazine on the topic of TAP blocks. He was featured on the cover of the June 2014 AANA Journal. Scott is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, Ohio State Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the American Society of Regional Anesthesia.
Jeffrey Molter, CRNA, MSN, MBA
Jeff is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve University/Mt Sinai School of Nurse Anesthesia. He has worked in a variety of practice models, including: as an employee of an Anesthesiologist group, as a Locum tenens/ independent contractor and as an employee of a CRNA owned company. Jeff is currently the President and co-owner of Western Reserve Anesthesia Associates (CRNA owned) in Findlay, Ohio and co-owner of Western Reserve Anesthesia Education in Auburn Township, Ohio. With a strong interest in business, Jeff earned his MBA from Lake Erie College. Jeff has served on 4 surgical mission trips to Haiti and was the sole anesthesia provider for two of those mission trips. Jeff has done several presentations at state meetings, including: Simple Sciatic Nerve Block, Medical Missions, Request Cases and the Business of Anesthesia. Jeff has served as a board member and President of the Ohio State Association of Nurse Anesthetists. Jeff is a current member of American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, the Ohio State Association of Nurse Anesthetists, The Society of Ambulatory Anesthesia and the International Anesthesia Research Society. Jeff has been published in Outpatient Surgery Magazine and in the AANA Journal. He was also featured on the cover of the October 2012 AANA journal.
Tom Baribeault, CRNA, MSN
Tom graduated from the Case Western Reserve University Nurse Anesthesia Program. He currently practices in Lexington, Kentucky, where he developed a multi-modal analgesia reference. Tom lectures on various topics, including: Perioperative Pain Management, Fluid Therapy, Local Anesthetic Systemic Toxicity (LAST), and Patient Assessment with Ultrasound. He is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the Kentucky Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
Kellie Deeter, CRNA, MSN
Kellie is a graduate of The University of Akron Nurse Anesthesia Program. She is also co-owner of Firelands Anesthesia in Willard, Ohio and sole owner of Northern Ohio Anesthesia Ltd. Kellie has been featured in hospital publications for her implementation of ultrasound guided peripheral nerve blocks, which has facilitated earlier discharge times, increased patient satisfaction scores, and lower healthcare costs. She started and operates a PICC line service and serves as a hospital based Neonatal Resuscitation Instructor. Kellie has presented on various topics including Difficult Airways and Invasive Hemodynamic Monitoring. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the Ohio State Association of Nurse Anesthetists where she serves on the Political Action Committee.
Doug Baker, CRNA, MSN
Doug is a graduate of theTexas Wesleyan Graduate Program of Nurse Anesthesia. He currently practices in Massillon Ohio. He has practiced in community medical centers, outpatient surgery centers, critical access hospitals and as a member of a US Army Forward Surgical Team in Afghanistan in support of Operation Freedom's Sentinel. Doug is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, Ohio State Association of Nurse Anesthetists, and Society for Opioid Free Anesthesia.
